Over the years Policies and Procedures have been written and expanded for both the volunteers and the staff working with the volunteers. This program has always worked to help the community by building relationships, empowering people, enhancing self-esteem, supporting children and youth, and making neighborhoods safer places to live. The name has been changed to The Volunteer Driver Program to more accurately describe the main component of the program.
