Help distribute winter activity/discount book for Maine Kids

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Last updated on September 11, 2012

We have a challenge for the 2012-13 Winter season and need your help. In the past it has taken two weeks to mail winter activity/discount Passports to Maine Kids but now we want the Passport in their hands in one week. And we need your help. The WinterKids passport helps Maine kids get off the couch and be active during the long winter months. Starting in November we need a volunteer to come in each morning to put labels on the passports, envelopes, and apply first class postage. The passports will need to be delivered to the post office downstairs. We want to have three or four different people so we have coverage five days a week from November to March. The task should take an hour each morning.

Enthusiasm for kids and the outdoors. Attention to detail and willingness to roll up sleeves and help were needed.
