Gulf Coast Family Counseling seeks to provide quality mental health care to those who need it. The vision is that anyone can build a therapeutic relationship with a skilled, licensed therapist, regardless of their financial situation.

Description:
Gulf Coast Family Counseling Agency provides counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. For those without insurance or Medicare/Medicaid, services are offered on a sliding fee scale, based on income. Counselors are available to anyone in the community who requests services, regardless of their ability to pay. Counseling services cover relationships, trauma, career, mental health, school and work-related problems, etc.
Services are also available for residents and employees affected by the recent oil spill. Gulf Coast Family Counseling participates in the United Way community and in the BP Oil Spill Recovery Coalition.

History:
Gulf Coast Family Counseling Agency has called the Gulf Coast home since 1966.
