Committee members review proposals from departments for projects that cost $20,000 or more and will last five or more years and make recommendations to the Finance Committee, the Board of Selectmen and the Town Meeting as to which projects to fund. Committee members are unpaid.

None, although the ability to understand budget proposals is helpful.
