Be a Big Sister in a local elementary school! Education Mentoring Youth

Please step up to become a Big Sister today! We have over 500 girls waiting for YOU!

School-Based Mentoring: For women 18+. This one-to-one mentoring program matches women mentors with girls in elementary school (grades 2-8). Big and Little Sisters engage in many fun activities during their weekly 45-60 minute visits at the Little Sister’s school or after-school program. We ask Big Sisters to commit to at least one year. Sites are located in different neighborhoods around Boston, Cambridge, and Quincy.

Potential Big Sisters must be at least 18 years of age and complete training with assigned Big Sister staff.

Directions:
 The Boston office is located at 161 Mass. Ave., 2nd Floor. By Public Transportation: The closest MBTA stop is Hynes Convention Center/ICA/Auditorium on the Green Line and the Mass Ave. stop on the Orange Line. By Car: If you are driving, take Storrow Drive to the Fenway exit from either direction. Follow Boylston St. INBOUND. Continue on Boylston St to Mass Ave. Turn right at lights onto Mass Ave. We are in the 2nd block on the right. From the Mass Pike, take the Prudential Center exit. You will be on Huntington Ave. Follow Huntington Ave to Mass Ave. Take a right onto Mass Ave. We are about 2 blocks up on the left. Only metered parking is available. We strongly suggest taking the MBTA if possible.
