THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR AN ADULT 55+

Teach incarcerated women crocheting and help them reduce stress. "According to research conducted at the Harvard Medical School Mind-Body Institute, the repetitive action of crocheting creates a relaxation response." Relaxation through Gardening Instructor: Share your love of gardening with incarcerated women at MCI Framingham. Provide basic knowledge of any of the following: seeds, topsoil, fertilizer, mulch, planting, and irrigation, weeding and maintaining vegetable gardens.
