Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands was founded in 1972 as a private, not-for-profit, community based organization dedicated to promoting the welfare, enhancing the quality of life, and maintaining the dignity of older citizens in the 22 towns of Barnstable, Nantucket, and Dukes counties.

Our programs address the interests and changing needs of the older adult. whether you are recently retired and seeking a volunteer opportunity or a senior needing nursing home car. Elder Services will provide the access, service, and advocacy to assist you.
