UGA SERV(ED)

The SERV(ED) program is sponsored by the Service Ambassadors through the Center for Leadership and Service at UGA. The program is a series of one-time volunteer opportunities throughout the 2010-2011 school year. The service projects are open to all UGA ATHENS CAMPUS STUDENTS. Transportation will be provided for all those participating. Sign-ups are first-come, first-serve.

April 16:

Volunteers will participate at two project sites. One group will help Burney-Harris-Lyons Middle School build an outdoor classroom and landscape the area surrounding the school's greenhouse.

Another group will help organize the Project Safe Thrift Store, including cleaning, sorting, and arranging thrift store items to create a positive shopping environment.
 

To sign up, click register for below. Each site can accommodate 20 volunteers. You will be able to choose your site at check-in. This is first come, first serve.

Once you are signed up, show up outside 102 Tate Student Center NO LATER THAN 9:30am on April 16th. Transportation will be provided to both sites.
