Project GRAD and Communities In Schools in Atlanta needs students and student organizations to volunteer on Saturday, September 24th, to help as school-based volunteers during their 2005 Walk for Success.  Volunteers are needed to set up decorations, to welcome and sign-in walkers, to set up breakfast and lunch (provided by sponsors), and to help clean up after the Walk.

Volunteers are needed for either of two shifts, 7:00am-11:00am and 11:00am-2:30pm, as follows:

  • 60 volunteers (each shift) - Washington High School, 2250 Perry Blvd. Atlanta, GA 30314
  • 20 volunteers (each shift) - Carver High School, 55 McDonough Blvd. S.E. Atlanta, GA 30315
  • 40 volunteers (each shift) - South Atlanta High School, 800 Hutchens Rd., S.E. Atlanta, GA 30354
