Parks Middle School
Parks Middle School needs volunteers for several planned activities in January 2006. January 10: The Martin Luther King Summit needs volunteers to speak with children about race, gender, and equality. The summit is scheduled for 4-6pm. January 12: The school needs volunteers to help teach computer classes. Additional volunteers are needed on February 4th and 18th, and March 4th and 18th. January 16: The Martin Luther King Program needs volunteers to work with students as they paint murals and listen to a recital of student poetry, from 10am-1pm January 26: Volunteers are needed from 6-8pm to help pass out programs and assist in the presentation of the White Winter Wonderland Pageant.
