Special Olympics

This is a great opportunity to mingle at the Special Olympics Montana State Summer Games on the MSU campus in Bozeman. Each year, we conduct a raffle campaign throughout the state. Proceeds go to local Area Teams. Grand Prize is a Chevy Silverado pickup truck. Runner up prizes are fantastic, as well. We sell raffle tickets at the State Summer Games venues on MSU's campus and draw for the winning tickets on the last day of the competitions, at the Closing Ceremonies.
You'll find a friendly crowd and you'll see lots of the action at the venues when you volunteer to sell tickets for us. People who do this job have a blast, meeting folks and getting into the excitement of the festivities.
 

Volunteering for raffle sales requires that you are comfortable walking. We are asking people to work 3-hour shifts,(8am-9pm) so you'll be on your feet for a while, but you can rest when you need to. You'll enjoy this opportunity if you feel comfortable interacting with (friendly) strangers. Most attendees are familiar with the raffle and are very excited about it. Also, volunteers should feel comfortable handling money and making simple change (Tickets cost $5).
