Reach Out & Care Wheels, Inc. (ROC Wheels) is a nonprofit corporation organized to facilitate the supply of wheelchairs and other mobility devices to disabled individuals within developing countries and to further programs and education that will help reduce barriers to, and enhance mobility for, these individuals. ROC Wheels specializes in manufacturing innovative, lightweight, durable, functional and aesthetically pleasing pediatric positioning and mobility systems for developing countries.

The goal of ROC Wheels is to enable the atypical child with minimal to profound physical disabilities to parallel normal development patterns and milestones with early intervention and the right equipment.

YEWTHS ROC is a division of ROC Wheels dedicated to helping mentor and teach youth to be able to reach out and help people worldwide. These youth are great help in keeping wheelchair recipients and their siblings entertained. At orphanages, they put on puppet shows, and do various crafts and projects with the kids. Prior to the distribution trip, they assemble gift bags with hygiene items and a toy.

ROC Wheels is significantly raising the standard for delivery of wheelchairs to developing countries. This is happening because ROC Wheels focuses on the individual recipient and his/her specific needs rather than just providing a piece of equipment. The combined efforts of ROC Wheels, its volunteers, its nonprofit partners, general contributors, chair sponsors, delivery teams, matching funds, and grants, individuals, and especially children, are finding new hope and freedom. We are definitely making a difference.

History:
ROC Wheels was formed December 1, 2003 as a nonprofit corporation in Montana. Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are available for review. The management team consists of a board of directors working closely with the executive director. The officers consist of individuals with extensive experience both in the mobility industry and in charitable organizations. A small staff is augmented by many volunteers who not only assemble the mobility devices, but also serve on distribution teams who deliver and properly fit the devices to needy individuals in developing countries
