		Neal Griffin holds ultimate responsibility for the operations of Truist. Prior to taking the reigns at the Truist organization, Neal had been employed as a Vice President in the Enterprise Services Department at United Way of America for over three years. Prior to joining United Way of America, Neal was a Senior Financial Services Consultant with Deloitte Consulting. During his four years at Deloitte, Neal provided professional services to key Financial Services clientele including Merrill Lynch and Prudential. Neal also worked for AT&T to develop and deliver their Global Internet Dial-up service, WorldNet. Neal holds a BA in Psychology from Seton Hall University. Neal lives in New Jersey with his wife Beth, son Timmy, and labrador Kermit.
