Mini Dance Marathon At SCC

By offering to volunteer to help at the event described below, you will be a vital role in helping the event to go smoothly and in turn, be giving a child a second chance at a "normal" life.

Volunteers will need to be able to help check-in participants, help serve food, and/or set up tables.

***Every day 46 children are diagnosed with cancer. That's 46 families and lives that will be changed forever. This is our chance to help raise money in the fight against childhood cancer. Our goal is to raise over $5,000 for the University of Iowa Dance Marathon.

Feel free to invite friends and family to this 10 hour long dance marathon event. It is open to the community! Anyone 16 years and older can register. Registration costs $15 and includes a free t-shirt.

B100's Cody Tucker will be DJ-ing. Texas Roadhouse will be providing pulled pork sandwiches and a side for dinner.***

This event will be held at the Student Life Center at Scott Community College's Belmont Campus.
