ATEEC (Advanced Technology Environmental & Energy Center) has a new Sustainable Energy Interactive Learning Lab. The prime audience for this lab is middle school students who wish to learn more about STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) programs and future careers.

Description:
The Interactive Learning Lab has interactive displays that teach students about: Energy Basics, Solar Power, Biodiesel, Wind Power, Water Conservation, Geothermal heating and cooling, Home Energy Savings and more.

We are looking for science minded individuals who enjoying teaching and working with young people to assist with the school tours. Volunteers will be provided with and orientation, "script" for each learning station and lots of coaching. It's a very open and high energy environment!
