Volunteer For The Custer Fair

RSS XML FeedBackground Active Jun 8, 2011 to Jun 16, 2011

Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Custer Fair while helping to operate the Hospitality Tables, located at entrance points around the festival. Greet guests, take donations and hand out information to visitors. A great way to be a part of the team!

Work a shift or a full day, as an individual or with your friends or group. A casual and fun opportunity for a responsible volunteer!

The fair began in 1972 on historic Custer Avenue named after General George Armstrong Custer in gratitude for his service to the Union during the Civil War. Each year since then artists, craftspeople, antique dealers, restauranteurs, entertainers and the business community get together. With 70,000 attendees for this award-winning Northshore tradition, we could use your help!

Volunteers should be comfortable greeting visitors from the neighborhood and around the world, and prepared to be outside no matter the weather.

Sponsored by Custer Fair.
