The Railroad Avenue Recess is looking for motivated and excited local citizens to make our community a better place! Volunteer drivers are needed to use their personal vehicles to transport seniors and persons with disabilities so they can get where they need to go. Trips may include visits to medical appointments, grocery stores, adult day centers and other essential errands. more
Without volunteers, we would be unable to serve lunches daily to our older population. Here at the Heineberg Senior Center our goal is that no senior goes without a balanced healthy daily meal. You can help our cause by volunteering to help prepare and serve this. . . more
