Opportunities with VitalCare Adult Day Center

Beginning October 1st our staff has taken on the responsibility of cleaning the adult day center. Many days this is difficult to manage since our clients are our top priority. What is needed is someone to come in and assist us with the cleaning. We do bathrooms, kitchen, tidying up, dusting, vacuuming, as well as some inside windows. The adult day center staff makes the meals for our clients and it is quite time consuming depending on what we are having that day. It would be wonderful to have someone to assist in making those meals, serving our clients as well as kitchen clean up. more

The adult day center sends surveys out to our clients and caregivers on a quarterly basis. One of the things that we have found is that caregivers would like us to be open on Saturdays. Our goal is to be open Saturdays beginning in April. We are looking for 3 or 4 people to volunteer about 6 hours a month on Saturdays. They will assist a staff member with activities, meals, and light cleaning. more
