Community Builders would like to recognize two Littleton Residents, Barbara Brine and Barabara Kamb for their 20 years of volunteer work with the Littleton Senior Diner Cafe.
Ever since the Littleton Senior Dining Cafe's inception in 1989, Barbara and Barbara have dedicated years of service and commitment to setting up, cleaning up, providing good cheer and creating a nurturing and welcoming atmosphere. Both women were recently awarded with the prominent Minuteman Senior Services Anniversary of Service Awards for their outstanding work! Helping over 15, 000 people each year, Minuteman Senior Services offers seniors and their caregivers over 22 different programs to aid with long-term care needs.
For their dedicated years of service, both women were awarded legislative citations prepared by Representative James Arciero for their long-standing commitment to the Littleton Senior Dining Cafe. On top of receiving these recognitions, Barbara Brine and Barabara Kamb were also recognized for their overall commitment to Senior Citizens by Town Manager Keith Bergman and Debbie Barr, Minuteman Senior Services Volunteer Coordinator.
Surrounded by their friends and neighbors during their recognition of service, we too want to recognize that these women have given an incredible amount of their time to helping out senior citizens around them. Barbara and Barbara truly are Community Builders! |
