Announcing: Skills Bank! A great way to share your talents.

Skilled volunteer opportunities may include, graphic design, aerobics instruction, event planning, accounting, and countless other professional areas.  A skilled volunteer is someone with particular skills gained through education, experience and/or training who is interested in sharing his/her skills with a local nonprofit organization to help them in accomplishing their mission. 

When you sign up with our Skills Bank, you can search skilled volunteer opportunities that are in our database from hundreds of area nonprofit agencies that are of interest to you.  You may contact the agency who has that opportunity.  For your convenience, only Volunteer Central staff can see your information, so that agencies cannot contact you without you opting to share your information with them.  This is a great way to get connected, and utilize your specialized skills!
