Local Chapter of a national brain and spinal cord nonprofit is looking for volunteers on April 24, from 8 a.m. – noon.The volunteers will assist with paperwork, filing etc., and must be 18, or older. Radiothon – Phone Bank Volunteer
Westside nonprofit will host its fifth annual pledge for pet's radiothon on Friday, April 30, and Saturday, May 1.During those two days, Q104 will broadcast for 18 hours raising money for the animals.Phone bank volunteers are needed to take pledges, and record donations.Volunteers must be 18, or older and attend a half hour training session before their shift.Shifts on April 30 are 6 to 9 a.m., 9a.m. to 12 p.m., 12p.m. – 3p.m., and 3 to 6 p.m.Shifts for May 1 are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Cleveland Animal Protective League, 1729 Willey Avenue, Cleveland, OH44113, Danielle Begalla, Volunteer Manager, (216) 377-1627, dbegalla@clevelandapl.org)
