Mentor Young Adults as they Prepare for Employment

Use your skills and expertise to help prepare our young adult learners, ages 18-24, to join the workforce. They need assistance in resume development, interviewing skills, basic computer skills, on-line computer research, on-line job applications. These young adults need to know that someone is there and can offer support. Assistance is also needed for special activities such as Scholarship Events and Career Fairs. This opportunity is available at 3500 Carnegie Ave, Cleveland. Free Parking in a private lot.

Volunteers should be over 21 years of age and have successful experience in the
workforce. Volunteers are required to complete an application, pass a background check/physical and attend OhioGuidestone Orientation.

Directions:

 The Cleveland Campus of OhioGuidestone can be reached from I71 by taking the Carnegie Exit and head East. OhioGuidestone is on the right and the Workforce Program is in Building B on the right of the driveway. It also can be reached from I77N by exiting at E. 22nd St and making a left onto 22nd and then a right onto Carnegie.
