Career Collaborative
Last updated on July 9, 2015

Career Collaborative ends working-class poverty by helping adults get and succeed at life-changing jobs, making Massachusetts and its families stronger.

Career Collaborative helps low-income adults get good jobs and make career progress.

We provide a four-week job readiness workshop to chronically unemployed and underemployed adults. Clients get individual help with their resume, cover letter, target job, and job search. They also participate in 20 practice interviews with volunteers, most of whom are executives, managers and HR professionals.

As important as it is to help clients get hired, it is even more important to help them make career progress. We provide at least two years of career coaching to employed clients. This enables them to retain their jobs and make career progress.

Since its founding in 1997, Career Collaborative has helped more than 1,860 low-income adults move toward economic self-sufficiency.
