| Just got a new cell phone for your birthday? Don't let your old one go to waste. Drop off your used cell phones at the Cingular Wireless locations in Ballston Common Mall. Proceeds benefit the Soroptimist International of Arlington's Women's Opportunity Awards program and other programs dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in our local community and throughout the world.
