Potomac Overlook Regional Park in Arlington is expanding its volunteer program and we need your help! Whether your interests and talents are in landscaping, trail work, sharing nature with the public, fundraising, writing, graphic design or in other areas, there are many ways in which you can contribute to making this public park the best it can be! On Saturday, February 19, Potomac Overlook will be holding a volunteer orientation for old and new volunteers to familiarize everyone with the "new and improved" volunteer program and to kick off the year's activities. The orientation will be held in the park's nature center from 10 a.m. to noon and will be followed by lunch. Volunteers will learn about the park and a host of volunteer opportunities and will also receive training materials and information on how to get involved. Prospective volunteers should call Potomac Overlook at 703/528-5406 and speak with either Martin Ogle or Rich Bailey. This opportunity is sponsored by: Potomac Overlook, Northern Virginia Regional Parks We need volunteers who are free at these times
