Litter on Arlington's highways is a serious problem. Not only does it look bad, but the trash enters our streams and ultimately pollutes the Chesapeake Bay. We are seeking volunteers to help clean up trash along Route 50/Arlington Boulevard on Saturday, October 7 from 10 am to noon. We will meet at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington at the southwest corner of Route 50/Arlington Blvd. and George Mason Drive. Volunteers must be 12 or older.
