Arlington Transit has launched the Adopt-a-Stop Program as a way to maintain ART bus stops throughout the County and keep them clean. Volunteers will be asked to adopt a bus stop for one year and maintain the stop and pick-up any trash. Volunteers will be recognized with a sign posted at the adopted stop. This is a great opportunity for individuals, community groups and civic associations to do something positive for the community. Visit arlingtontransit.com/adopt-a-stop to learn more and view a list of adoptable stops. Individuals or groups may adopt a bus stop. Participants must be 18 years or older, unless they are part of a group. If a group of participants wants to adopt a stop the group leader must be at least 18 years of age and a group form must be filled out and turned in. This opportunity is sponsored by: Arlington Transit -- ART
