Pro-Bono Lawyers To Assist Hospice Patients

Capital Hospice is in great need of volunteer lawyers to assist our seriously ill patients and their families with simple medical and end-of-life legal documents. These include simple wills and powers of attorney. No complex trust work is assigned. You can help bring some peace of mind to our patients who are dying in their homes, nursing homes, or, occasionally, hospitals.

Lawyers must be licensed. They may be active or retired. Knowledge of wills, durable power of attorney, etc., is desired. We can offer mileage reimbursement if desired.
