Arlington County Public Health Division invites the public to a community forum on Pandemic Influenza Preparedness. This free event will take place Thursday, September 13, from 7:00-8:30 pm in the County Board Room, 2100 Clarendon Blvd, 3rd floor. A panel of experts will include representatives from Arlington County Public Health, Office of Emergency Management, Arlington Public Schools, and Virginia Hospital Center; as well as the Virginia Department of Health, Offices of Epidemiology and Veterinary Services. The program will include a question and answer period. No registration is necessary. This program may also be viewed on Arlington Virginia Network (AVN) cable television -- either Comcast Channel 74 or Verizon Channel 40.
