Water Exercise Assistants

This is an opportunity to assist individuals with Multiple Sclerosis or other neurological disorders to participate fully in a Water Exercise class. There are two classes. The classes will meet Tuesdays & Thursdays at Washington-Lee High School Pool at 1:45-2:30 pm or 2:30-3:15 pm. You can volunteer for either session or for both. You should have a good comfort level in the water.
