
The Residential Program Center (RPC) was established in 1994 through a partnership with Volunteers of America Chesapeake and the Arlington County Government to provide three crucial services to the Each year the center serves more than 800 people in need of a "new start." We are hosting this inaugural event to raise not only awareness about the program, but also much-needed funds to continue to provide these important services to the community. We hope you will join us in supporting RPC's efforts to help those we serve become self-reliant and make positive life changes. We need 10 volunteer urgently.
