Help be a part of history by volunteering for Inauguration 2009. Your efforts can make this historical event a memory for all to enjoy. Sign up to volunteer for a weekend of Inaugural events beginning January 15-January 20. Your skills and background can assist in a variety of ways: Volunteers will not deploy themselves or others to any task or duty. Volunteers will not be allowed in the zoned area of the Inaugural events or distributed tickets for official Inaugural events. Your assistance will be needed with functions such as sheltering, transportation and greeting. NOTE: Mandatory orientation session on Saturday, January 10 or Sunday, January 11 from 9 am-6 pm. |
