Field Trip Supervisors - Madison Adult Health Care Center

The Madison Adult Day Health Care Center (MADHC) is a day program that helps keep people in their homes longer and out of institutions, such as nursing homes. We use volunteers in many ways. Several times a month, we take field trips. Volunteers enable us to bring more people on the trips by providing supervision. The county will provide a TB Skin Test (PPD), which is required for our licensure.

Weekdays

Families		Special Needs
Individual		Young Adults (18-25)
