Visit www.arlingtonva.us/oem and select VOLUNTEER.Get Involved with the County's Emergency Preparedness Advisory Commission: The Emergency Preparedness Advisory Commission (EPAC) was created by the County Board May 15, 2009 to be an overarching advisory body charged with coordinating the efforts of the Local Emergency Planning Committee, as well as Emergency Medical Services and the Citizen Corps Council.
Help the County Practice Its Emergency Volunteer Management Capabilities: On September 25, the County will be testing its ability to manage Spontaneous Unaffiliated Volunteers during a regionally coordinated emergency volunteer mobilization exercise.
