Volunteer Arlington connects volunteers and organizations to meet community needs by promoting volunteerism, mobilizing volunteers and building volunteer capacity.

Description:
We connect volunteers to opportunities through our online volunteer clearinghouse, the Online Volunteer Connection. We promote volunteerism through regular communications and community promotion. We mobilize volunteers through a variety of programs such as the Community Volunteer Network (CVN) and the Volunteer Emergency Support Team (VEST). We build volunteer capacity among volunteer managers working within Arlington County government agencies and local nonprofit organizations.
