Doorways for Women and Families creates pathways out of domestic violence and homelessness leading to safe and stable lives. Administrative Volunteers assist with special projects, answering phones, and other administrative tasks as needed. Volunteers must available two Fridays every month from 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm. more

Doorways seeks volunteers for daytime shifts (usually 2-4 hours between the hours of 8am-4pm) at our domestic violence Safehouse and our family homeless shelter. Daytime shelter volunteers answer the hotline/helpline and respond to the needs of shelter residents allowing Staff to conduct meetings, workshops, etc. Volunteers are asked to cover two shifts per month. more
