National Multiple Sclerosis Society - National Capital Chapter

The National MS Society is a collective of passionate individuals who want to do something about MS now—to move together toward a world free of multiple sclerosis. MS stops people from moving. We exist to make sure it doesn't.

Description:
The National Capital Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is committed to providing comprehensive support services to help people with MS and their families better live with the disease. Whether providing accurate and up-to-date information and referrals, helping people obtain or keep jobs, or running rehabilitation and counseling programs, the goal of the Chapter's support system is to empower people with MS and their loved ones so that they can better control their lives.

History:
Founded in 1946, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is the most comprehensive resource on MS-related information in the United States.
