The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world’s largest private organization concerned solely with funding research toward cures for blood cancers such as leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma, and improving the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS was established in 1949 as the deVilliers Foundation, named in memory of Robert Roesler deVilliers who died of leukemia at the age of sixteen.
